I normally root for the underdogs.

The problem for me is that the underdogs are South Carolina, and that state has a bunch of Trump supporters.

I'll cheer for Gonzaga or Oregon, I guess.

I'll go Oregon.....ha ha, my husband hates their uniforms in basketball AND football. I'll root for them just to piss him off. Ok, so that's it for me....Oregon it is, although S Carolina is in the EAST section of the draw where my Wisconsin Badgers were in. beat by d*mn Florida. Ok, ok, I'll still go Oregon.

9. Gonzaga. I rooted for them last year in the Elite 8 they were very underrated

As well as this season. They should have been a #1 overall seed but instead they were the 4th 1 seed (same side as Villanovan) they only lost once on the road to St. Mary's who has that pipeline to Australia (Matthew Delladova). They also beat St. Mary's twice. They beat tough teams on the road. They also had the top power ranking (Sagarin).

I'm an Arizona State fan and I hate Oregon more than USC but I'm tired of North Carolina but I think the fact that they won NCAA'S first national championship (1939) but haven't been back to the final 4 a great story. Ultimately I'm rooting for an all West Coast National Championship. I think it would be great for the Pac-12 and the West Coast in general. Shout out to Wyoming winning the CBI becoming the second MWC team to win a postseason in back-to-back seasons. Nevada won it last year. MWC is a very underrated conference. (Wyoming won a national in 1943 and of course there is UNLV but they weren't a member of the MWC). Gonzaga is the first WCC team to make the Final 4 since Bill Russell and the San Francisco Dons won the NC in 1957.
