I am not defending him, but he was just cleared of some other charges, then left alone to commit suicide in a jail cell? Something is off.

Plus I could see prison officials looking to dodge a homicide investigation they likely aren't going to solve but I have no idea.

(3,657 posts)7. Casey Anthony's lawyer got him off these charges and planned on appealing
his current sentence, so this is a bit shocking.
The acquittal made his appeal stringer. But I doubt we'll ever know for sure.
