Ostanpenko won 38 points on 1st serve and 12 on 2nd out of 96; Halep 40 on 1st serve and 8 on 2nd out of 100 - total 98 out of 196. The server won just 15 out of 29 games.

Everything was coming from Ostapenko - 34 winners, 34 unforced errors, while Halep had just 8 winners and 10 unforced errors. The commentators pointed out the average speed of Ostapenko's forehand is faster than Andy Murray's. If she can eliminate some of the errors, she'll be something really special.
