1. Nonsense. Signs are always up for grabs. The article points out

That the Sox filed a complaint against the Yankees 2 weeks ago for using a network tv camera for stealing signs.

Sounds like they are trying to stir up rivalries at the end of the season, makes for a better end of season finish in the AL East

Why do you think that the catcher regularly makes a trip to the mound when the opponents have a man on second? That guy isn't sitting on second doing his knitting; he's getting the catcher's sign and flashing it to one of the coaches who relays it to the batter.

The catcher goes to the mound to switch signs and foil the inevitable sign stealing.

It's part of the fucking game!!!
