I seriously did. I (wo)manned the film booth at my community college well over a decade ago where we were showing it non-stop before Herman Boone and Bill Yoast, who were portrayed in the film, came to give a presentation and be honored. I was given the privilege of introducing them. Thank you for the reminder of that great experience.

and God knows how many times in part when I see it while channel surfing and stop to watch the rest.

Very entertaining, but not truly factual. For instance, TC Williams wasn't the only integrated school in the conference. All of the other schools they played had previously integrated. The game against George Marshall was won on a last second play, but it was in mid season. The championship game (against a different school) was a 27-0 blowout. Gary Bertier played in that game. His accident occurred after the season as he was returning from a team banquet.

Still a great film.
