Bruce Arians delivers surprising criticism of Tom Brady

Old Tom handed the game to the Rams during his final drive last night and the Bucs' coach was more blunt in assessing Brady's performance than many expected he would be...

In the wake of the Buccaneers’ Monday night loss to the Los Angeles Rams, in which Brady threw two interceptions, Arians suggested Brady might be getting confused with coverages, and those misreads are leading to misfires. Brady famously said he feels like he has “the answers to the test” after reading defenses for two decades in the NFL, which makes Arian’s criticism surprising. Certainly, that was Brady’s strong suit with the New England Patriots — his preparedness and recognition.

Since Brady and Arians teamed up, the coach has been 100% honest with the media. That has meant openly criticizing Brady, something Bill Belichick practically never did in New England.

Brady finished the Buccaneers’ 27-24 loss with 216 passing yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions with a 62.5 quarterback rating.

Brady has been particularly dreadful during night games this season (and games against the Saints).

He ghosted the opposing QB, again, after the game. So far this year he only skips the post game handshake when he loses/plays poorly. That's bullshit behavior from a grown-ass man.

Now, in the age of COVID probably they shouldn't be playing football at all, never mind doing pre and post game handshakes. BUT given that you are doing those things, you've got to be consistent, win or lose, play well or play poorly.

Well, unless you want everyone to think you are a person of poor character. Which Brady is.
