5. It's wrong to run up the score on small schools.

Especially if an alumnus for the losing team later works for ESPN because he'll hold a grudge forever.

7. Yeah, I recall that story.

Some Ohio State football fans mentioned it on their forums years ago whenever Mark May belittled their football team in various ways. He indeed did it frequently.

I doubt he had any influence on playoff chances and such, so it was like a comedy to me.
