Granted the prices for individuals in the grandstands was extreme too, like $22 for a 4 slice pizza. We paid about the same as we would at a concert or a ball game down here. That's why I don't attend too many events. Everything is a rip-off when you get inside. Normally my wife and I will tail-gate outside of a concert or ballgame. The problem with this F1 event is that we had to park a couple of miles away and take a shuttle bus in. We had a great time, but we didn't buy all that much in the way of food and drinks or merchandise. We brought water bottles and they had free water refilling stations all around the place.
