The rivalry between the LA Dodgers and the SF giants was huge, and the Mays/Drysdale matchups were legendary; Mays got under Drysdale's skin and bested him all the time. Willie Mays hit 19 homers off Drysdale.

Koufax was the nut Mays could never crack

Always wore #24 whenever I played on a team with uniforms, and I was a baseball stat nut. The Giants were my favorite team. Not sure why, except for Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Juan Marichal and Gaylord Perry.
