I'm SO glad she's my neighbor, I get to watch her, her partner, and their kids (IF things work well) until September!

There is an Osprey nest close to me, kinda. It is just around the corner, with traffic at 45 mph. Last summer I could see the pair, one on the nest and one on a close lamp pole (standing guard?). Sometime just one in the nest.

I think i glimpsed one in the nest just yesterday. One more reason to enjoy summer.
