Box/Nest 'resting' while 'family' shops. I don't know where ospreys hide out, but the river's big, and the Bay is near.
It's a lovely evening, sun's out, 85 degrees.

Why do you suppose the ospreys have not worked to make their new nest more secure ?

They've harvested branches and twigs, which don't go far when they fall off, so they restore them often.
IF/when goslings arrive, and depart with their parents from big nest, 'around the corner,' it's possible ospreys will move 'back home,' which is ????? yards from owl box nest.
Fingers crossed.
They like it here.
