Coach Gonzales says N.M.'s UNM Lobos are a 'terrible football team'
The Lobos remain winless in 2020.Utah State defeated UNM, 41-to-27, Thursday night.
The Lobos went into halftime with the lead. However, the Aggies 28 points in the third quarter in route to the victory.
"Honest opinion, we're a terrible football team," said Coach Danny Gonzales. "On defense, give up 21 points in a seven-minute period is absolutely ridiculous."
The Lobos will host Wyoming in Las Vegas on Dec. 5. They will finish the season against Fresno State.
