I'm freaked out by the hit to Patrick Mahomes.

I'm a Packers fan, but this guy is a great athlete and I love watching him.

Still, I am reminded that all players could possibly get CTE and there is no way to treat it. Its horrible.

YOu could tell he had no idea where he was at that moment. All of the players around him, even the Browns players, were waving the training staff over.

I hate seeing any player hurt that way. It is a dangerous game, no doubt, but those head shots need to be stopped.

and watching him play is simply like watching ballet or Federer, amazing when he has protection enough to do his thing.

He is the only reason I watch any of it.

I sure hope all is well inside that head of his. So far all checks have been good, as far as I know anyway.

Every contender is only a few key injuries from become an also ran.
Look what happened to my 49ers this year? My team was decimated by injuries.
Look at Green Bay a few years ago when Rodgers went down.
Look at what happened to the Ravens last week when Lamar went out with the concussion.
Part of being a championship team is being able to train and play to avoid serious injury.

one hell of a fine. Mahomes went unconscious briefly because of the choke tackle to the throat. If you look at the neck tackle, you will see the use of what we used to call a arm bar neck tackle.

Fortunately, they won. Would love to see a Packers-Chiefs Superbowl.

Money Stars hurt. Patrick is one of the NFL's Billion dollar Attractions and rules were put in place to prevent injury to their Top Draws. Bet the fine will be in six figures. Plus game suspensions .

Yes,Packers and Chiefs in the big game.

friends has rooted for them for years. Here in Los Angeles we went many years without a professional football team so there are fans of many different teams.

Yesterday, three of us watched the Chiefs game on Zoom together as we have several times over the season. It was awful watching that hit. I pray to God he's okay.
