So I pre-purchased. I'll admit I played 1 day on open beta and I was hooked. I can't wait =D

2. I missed the open weekend

I had a very bad migraine and stayed off the computer for days

I don't play many games thanks to the headaches, but I do play Diablo and have since I got the first one as a birthday gift ages ago. I can't wait for this new one. I pre-ordered the collector's ed months ago and they are supposed to deliver on the release date. That's 2 days before my B-Day this year!

The Diablo Skull is going to have a special place of honor in front of my main monitor.


I just wish they had kept the Druid.

I'm always partial to anything with a bow so DH for me to start.

can't freaking Wait!! I feel like an immature kid (which I am at heart). My dear daughter's boyfriend is going to take us at midnight on Tues/Wed to pick up our copies.

I think I'll be locking the door and taking the phone off the hook when game time comes. Hope I remember to feed the dog!

to me it's more of a collecting kind of game. the armors and gadgets are just awesome but not so easy to find. I know people are attached to the lore but I'm not too interested in that - I just want to keel and get good stuffs.

8. I am almost finished downloading it

Blizzard already has it available for download on their website, it is a 7.6 GB download for the same price as the retail edition. You can download it right now, it just won't let you play until the official launch. Once midnight hits all you have to do is hit the install button and you are set. I am really excited, I played Diablo II more than any other game in my lifetime and it has been a really long wait for Diablo III.

I am probably going to play as a Wizard to start and build him up as a Battle Mage, but I am going to want to try all the classes at some point.

The block for installing was only until May 14th. I was able to install it on both our computers this morning.

The servers are getting hammered so I can't even create a character. See, this is why the internet connection should have been optional, then we wouldn't have this problem.

some people are freaking out on the battlenet forums, I am tempted to tell them their Hatred is too High (as Demon Hunter, Hatred is like a mana and I get told by some mysterious voice when my hatred is too low to make a particular shot)
