... I'm perfectly happy for Liverpool to win it, actually. I watched them roll over Spurs yesterday and was quite impressed. I suspect I speak for the majority of the neutrals.

Yeah, Suarez is what he is, Sturridge goes down too easily, Mrtn Skrtl has no vowels and looks like a Mad Max extra, and Stevie G's face has all the dramatic range of a Playmobile figurine, but Rodgers has made them into the most exciting team in the Premiership this season and Suarez will certainly win the player of the year award, and rightly so.

I can't wait for Liverpool - Chelski and Liverpool - City.

Liverpool are a great club with tradition, history and great fans. It's good to see them back in it, in my opinion.

As far Arsenal, maybe we'll win the FA cup this year, though I'm not at all sanguine about that Wigan semi...

I know they've got a great tradition and fans, but it's Suarez. I'd rather be forced to watch Drogba beat Bayern 24/7 for a month straight than see that clown lift any sort of trophies. I just cannot get past all of his past BS, even if he is in astonishing form this year.

They were so good this year, and then all of a sudden they just completely cratered. Is it time for Wenger to coach elsewhere?

This year does seem different. Usually Arsenal start poorly and finish strong enough to win the Wenger Cup (4th place) at least. This year though, they started strongly and then utterly collapsed. Even worse is the hopeless way in which they collapsed in the away matches to the top teams.

I don't know why Wenger isn't learning from those defeats. He continually employs the same tactics and it's made them utterly predictable, defending with that suicidal high line. There's no leadership on the pitch because he's not buying the right players.

I do think it's time for Wenger to go. I've thought so for a while. He caused a revolution in English football when he first arrived with his focus on fitness and nutrition to overturn the smoking and drinking culture of those times, but Arsenal are now no longer even stagnating under him; they're going backwards.

To be fair, some of this is due to the ownership who clearly care nothing for football and see the club only as a money-making investment. They couldn't care less about winning things as long the Champions League and TV money keep rolling in.

Having Everton finish 4th might therfore be the best thing for Arsenal in the long term, and it seems increasingly likely. Wenger hasn't signed a new contract yet, and my guess is that, as long as Arsenal win the FA Cup to allow him to leave with some dignity, he'll be stepping down by the end of the year.

I don't know who I want to replace him. Someone like Rodgers or Martinez would be great if another can be found. Don't know one myself.

Fat Sam making us walk, crankin of the heat in the dressing room and not watering the pitch didn't work! WTF is AC doing! It's a foul FFS how he gave that after conferring with his linesman is unbelievable! Its not like the flag didn't go up straight away no hesitation at all. He punhced him in the head then hacked his arm

I really want Man City to win the league at this point, but West Ham should absolutely not have been given a goal on that play. Unfortunately for those of us who dislike Suarez, you went on to score more than enough to win

and honestly, it would be good to see Gerard win a trophy. The other thing that I hadn't considered when I wrote this OP is that Bayern will get a chance to stop Handy McHandballer and Sturridge next season in the UCL, potentially

That matchup could actually be pretty entertaining!
