I found this over in Freeperland. They are as religiously insane as politically insane. One poster said scientists are always trying to discredit the bible. That's because the bible says Sodom was completely destroyed, so finding so much as a brick would prove the bible wrong.
But finding an old piece of wood on a hillside proves that Noah built an ark.

Thanks for sharing. For what it's worth, still waiting for evangelicals who believe the Bible to be the infallible word of God to acknowledge the text in Ezekiel that states Sodom was destroyed....wait for it....because it ignored the plight of the poor. To me, the idea of an upper city for the elites gives credence to that.
