... The employee, who was dressed in hospital scrubs and a black yamaka (or yarmulke) told police he was sitting in the patient area when he was suddenly, and without warning, punched in the face by a patient ...

The patient, identified as John David Korngable, met with officers and said he hit the victim "because he's a competing race and wants to torture us."

Police asked Korngable what his problem was with the victim and he replied, "he's Jewish."

According to the charges, Korngable described himself to police as a "super racist with a kind heart" ...
