Most cultures had Female Deities and not a few had Intersex ones. Then there are the animal, half human/animal, geographical and just plain whacko not really anything deities.

The Monotheists just lack imagination, creativity and playfulness. Then I think hmmm saints and angels and the like, all those gods and goddess didn't just vanish.

Judaic tradition as well... There was a strain of Jewish thought that found the impregnation of Mary by the Holy Ghost as ridiculous due to this idea.
