Angels Are Much More Effective than Vinegar, IMHO

I went to bed late last night, but only 'cuz I fell asleep in my chair. Made it to bed, where my husband was already asleep and asking for things like his blanket, etc. I was listening to a podcast about angels and light beings while I went to sleep (I've copied and pasted a little bit about the author of this book who was featured on the podcast at the end of my post).

Woke up again in the middle of the night with the most horrible leg cramps. It was because I'd done so much work hauling boards, raking, etc., the previous day.

One thing I've used in the past that works on leg cramps is vinegar. You can just apply it as a topical. I went to the kitchen to get it, and it did work. Unfortunately the cramps were so bad I needed tons more of it to get rid of them. My husband, who has quite the sense of smell, was complaining about the vinegar. I didn't care so much about the complaint, but I was tired of applying the stuff.

At that point on the podcast, the author responded to a question about angels. The question from a listener was "Can you summon them?" She said, "More like you can ask them for help." "I'm askin' !" I thought, so I did. I heard a voice in my head immediately. It said, "This will take just a minute." The voice was very confident. Just hearing this voice with its confidence made me know my problem would be dealt with immediately.

Within a minute or so my legs were completely--and I mean completely--relaxed and I was able to go back to sleep, thinking "thank yous" all the way to dreamland. Even this morning, still relaxed.

I am so grateful to that lovely angel.

from podcast summary:

Angels have different orientations or specialties, and Boulter classified them into a system of 22 types "that access various points of consciousness and archetypal energy." The ancient Egyptians were able to "make a bridge" to enable angelic contact, she said. The way this works is that the angel "densifies" itself while the human becomes more refined for a moment, and at this juncture they can interact with one another, she detailed. "That's how some people can see light beings, or know they're being spoken to," she offered.

I wrote my psychic friend Angel the story of the leg cramps and the angels and she wrote back:

Oh, and I'm really impressed at how easily you interacted and so successfully w/ your angels. You are so psychic! You could always make a living at that - provided you didn't take on other people's pain, right?!

That's a pretty nice comment that makes me feel good.

I would like to do some psychic-related work and I have an idea for a practice that I'm toying with. I would be more like a person who guided others to psychics and astrologers, though.

At the present time, though, I have too much trouble assuming the pain of others. Like I have to go through the DU home page and delete any thread related to animal cruelty because if I don't, it will get me down for days and I've been known to cry about it for days on end, too. Can't read any stories about people who have to put their animals to sleep, either. That really puts me over the deep end.

Squeeze a lime into a cup of hot water every morning before you do anything and drink it. I do this every morning and I haven't had any muscle cramps since then. It has to be a lime, not a lemon.

Over lemon.

Not sure why, but I agree..............(but don't get leg cramps).

There is something magical about lime.

and her work. I want to look into this further.

What jumps out at me right away, is the Major Arcana of Tarot (22 cards).
There are also 22 pairs of somatic chromosomes in DNA.
And, of course, the Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters.

There must be something special about #22 that I've not noticed before.

(and these old PA Dutch customs go way back to medieval folk medicine)

to avoid leg cramps at night,
insert an unwrapped bar of bath soap inbetween your sheets at the bottom
of your bed where your feet are at night.

It works; I don't know why...
it doesn't work over night.. but it don't stink like vinegar,
and it costs next to nothing...

Someone suggested to me taking a tums. Makes sense since tetany is often caused by low blood calcium (Ca plays a major role in turning muscles off). I tried it and it works like a charm.

I copied and pasted them and I'm going to try them!

Meanwhile, I have had another scent incident.

I fell asleep in my computer chair and when I awoke, it was around 1:30 a.m. or so. I was working up the energy to stumble off to bed when I noted I was being surrounded with the most wonderful floral fragrance. I just sat there for the longest time, enjoying it.

Pure bliss.
