I can feel it building, can you?

From the current newsletter:

11/26-27 Mars conjuncts Pluto – Old, irritable Pluto will kick some bee-hind now. This is simple: REMOVE the blockages out of your way or Pluto will do it for you; probably in a rather unpleasant way. A GREAT time to purge your life of “dead-weight”. Respect this one, it will be nothing new.

3. Here is the best way to understand it and why PLUTO keeps getting triggered

Picture PLUTO at home plate
Uranus on First base

the two will stay there, moving back and forth ever so slightly for 2 more years
They are creating great tension between the two. Picture two tight guitar strings getting tighter
rather than base lines.

EVERY TIME ANY OTHER PLANET gets to ANY OF BASES, it triggers the first two.
This time, it's simply Mars is at home plate with Pluto, that's vicious. If any planet gets to second base,
it creates a triangle toward URANUS on first (tsquare)
If a planet (or full moon or new moon or eclipse) gets to third base, it creates the tense triangle towards PLUTO.
So, this will go on and on for the next two years. I will explain this better in newsletters. I have spent a lot of
time already explaining what Pluto and Uranus are doing.

This time, Mars is agitating Pluto, which indirectly fighting with Uranus. Uranus vs Pluto is all the terrible
fighting we're trying to get thru with haves (Pluto) vs the have-nots (Uranus). THIS IS WHY IT'S BEEN SO
TEMPESTUOUS.

Inside a person: it can be grave or not too bad. Since Mars is triggering Pluto outside of us and inside of us, it means if
we have something on our chest, we'd better get it off. Mars wants action.

The best I can tell you. Mars tears up people who keep everything inside and need to show some self-assertion, that's what it means.

4. Dead weight and blockages simply means

things that you have been ALLOWING to get in the way of your evolution.

period

Many people have done good work and don't have much, that's why THEY will feel little
during this transit; their energy is healthier, you might say.

6. they fired the porn addict at work

For the past year they've protected him. He was full time with full benefits. Doesn't do nights. Doesn't do 2nd shift. Spent his days hiding in bloodbank, not carrying his weight.

They ran me into the ground while protecting him. When several techs walked in on him viewing porn online, he was given a warning and they assigned him at the other hospital where nobody knew. When a consultant told them to close 2 full time positions, they instead closed an open position I was about to apply for and cut back on per diems (me). I've been squeaking by sometimes on as little as 7 days/month of work. Last winter with my thermostat set at 52 most of the time and grateful for my garden which fed me this summer and has filled my freezer this winter.

And now the other hospital is being changed to an "urgent care center" and suddenly they brought him back to this one. That's when I was warned about the porn. Sure enough, a couple weeks ago I was exiting chemistry and there he was, out in the open in hematology, with lady parts up on his explorer screen.

Management finally decided maybe they didn't need to catch him in the act after all (their excuse to the techs that originally complained) and shit canned him. Seriously, he was so brazen at this point. They were lucky it was me that caught him, and not a doctor running in from the ER, which they sometimes do!

Still, they have some serious housecleaning to do there, from management down.

7. Toxic Sexual Energy

I for one can't wrap my head around management that refuses to deal with a "porn addict" in the workplace. In my opinion that person's behavior is an assault on all women he comes in contact with.

I quit over a co-workers need to "download" music from sites that contained porn. Generally, it was only the two of us at the workplace, it was a showroom. I voiced my concerns over and over to both the addict and the employer, and nothing was done. After I quit, the company soon went out of business.

I have been searching deep inside myself to get to the bottom of this "toxic sexual energy" that I seem to be on the receiving end of.

I've been the target of toxic sexual energy at four workplaces, and quite frankly, I'm at a loss. I show up, do my job, but there is this undercurrent of sexual rage from male employers toward me.

I hope that the current shift will shine a light on what it is about me that make these abusers think I am a target.

11. Yes, toxic sexual energy. I have had an encounter with it.

Filed a complaint with the sheriff's dept but they refused to prosecute. I am feeling like a complete idiot. Wondering when this perv is gonna be shut down.

12. That's Awful...

Please don't feel like a complete idiot!!! What is being "done" to you does not define who you are. If boundries were violated and you took action to protect yourself, then you are courageous in my mind. Even if the outcome isn't what you envisioned, please do not consider yourself as an idiot.

I hope the perv doesn't cause you any more harm.

17. I seem to be a magnet for itd

Last year, 4 months into my new job at this hospital, a brain-damaged, alcoholic divorced janitor with a track record of having "a hard time accepting 'no' for an answer" fixated on me. He ultimately approached 4 co-workers that I know of -- including the phlebotomy supervisor -- seeking personal information about me. Only one of them appropriately told him to leave me alone. The others encouraged him, with 2 of them actively soliciting information from me (in the guise of chatting) to feed to him. I filed a sexual harassment complaint against the 1st one. The lab manager had a talk with her and then assigned me to spend an entire day with her.

She lacked the common sense to suspect that if he'd approached 2 co-workers about me, he might continue to approach others and did nothing to follow up. You know, like send out an email reminder the lab assistants that this isn't a dating service. Something. Then, on the same day the lab manager flipped out on me and threatened me to force me to work 12+ hour overnight shifts, a 3rd co-worker approached me trying to get info for him. I threatened her with a sexual harassment complaint and she backed off, but I no longer was willing to take it to management.

The perv stalked me around the hospital hallways for 5 months. I couldn't go to the bathroom without him running around the corner and chasing me down the halls. It happened so often I suspect somebody was tipping him off that I'd left the lab. And then one night when I was alone there and I had 3 critical patients, he shoved me into the computer 4 times while I was trying to enter their test results into the computer and on the phone with the ED doctors to advise the results.

The next time I was there -- again alone at night -- he blocked me from entering the lab and I told him to eff off.

He finally left me alone physically, but still would watch me from around corners and hang around all the time. When somebody cruised by my house staring at me, I told a co-worker of his what had happened to get a description of his vehicle. It wasn't him, but she told her boss and was finally fired.

The blatant sexism at this hospital is stunning.

8. Can't stop decluttering

Last edited Sun Nov 25, 2012, 05:40 PM - Edit history (1)

Seriously. It's been going on the last few days. It feels good. I move from one drawer to the next, and then to the next room. My goal everywhere I strike is to get rid of/donate half of what is there, keeping only what I need. I also feel a sense of abundance. I tried to come up with a "wish list" for the kids to use for the holidays, but it was a struggle.

19. What a moment I had today.

Well I was nervous before an interview today, who isn't, right?...unchartered territory, but for some reason, I paused one moment, and took note that I truly appreciated and was GRATEFUL for the discomfort of being a little nervous.

I believe this was a great shift. I'm grateful for this, too. The most useful tool of all time. Of all my time.
**
It would be nice if they would call back for the 2nd interview, (if the universe wants me to really have this job...it's not a long drive which is a plus) but the feelings I got from the interviewer ran both hot and cold, so I just don't know....but I am finding myself unattached to the outcome....organically...which is the way to go about everything, right?

...or maybe I've gotten my hopes up about other jobs that never materialized, and learned never to go down that road again....either way

Dang, I'm evolving, revolving,
SOLVING.
