5. BEST wishes, 'break a leg,'

and remember you can and should appeal if you're 'rejected' the first time.

6. This is my last appeal and will have no answer for up to 8 weeks. If I am denied, thinking of filing

a disability discrimination lawsuit.

The judge was kind, so wasn't as bad as expected.

Thanks Ellen!

8. He was very interested in my case and I gave him hundreds of files he asked for to peruse.

Don't think they get many cases as extreme as mine.

9. I'd call that 'excellent!'

and easier to 'predict,' than a jury.

10. I truly doubt he has had many cases as extreme. You really think that his interest is

a good sign? He wanted names of people that took advantage and had apparently actually read the letter I had sent when I applied.

It has definitely been one of the most humiliating experiences of my life.

11. Sounds like it to me,

tho I don't know the facts. But judges, including administrative law judges, take their jobs seriously.

12. He quoted things I had written in my letter. No one gave him my 18 manila files, so he

should have a real blast looking at 5 years paperwork.

Thanks for the input, Ellen!

Did you have an attorney present with you?
