I came across a Wayne Dyer PBS program many years back on "The Power of Intention." For me and many others, he gave some measure of credibility and curiosity regarding some rather New Agey stuff that assisted in making that "leap of faith" in a cynical, secular, and yes, commercialized world.

A spiritualist I knew in the '80s had one motto - "Whatever works!"

Last i had heard John of God had healed him and that's why Oprah did her special on JOG. Perhaps he at least postponed his passing and made him more comfortable...

Always liked Dyer...he seemed pretty authentic...He'll probably be busy from the other side!
