Barrett Vote
If Sterling and Linda G are right about Barrett not being approved I think that will be known on the afternoon and evening of October 24th.

8. Yeah, me too.
Often his answers seem rehearsed. And otherwise, he often seems to be just grabbing the first thing that comes to mind.

3. Seems unlikely in the extreme that repugs won't put her on the court.
I'll believe in this miracle only when I see it.

5. Agree. Justice "Lying Handmaiden" is
all but confirmed. Knowledgeable discussion is about things like whether she’ll need to recuse herself on some votes (of course not), how much her appointment will hurt the Republicans, etc. I’m sick and have been over to Fox a number of times While lying around, and several times seen an ad about the plot to make mandated coverage for pre-existing conditions unconstitutional. And of course that national healthcare, currently the ACA, is to be made unconstitutional by judicial fiat is also being hit hard.
For what it’s worth, she’ll be a bitter price, certainly an obscene replacement for Ginsberg, but I am among those who believe that it’ll be worth it if it helps us gain control of the Senate, and the presidency. |

4. There's no Republican Rehab if they approve her
She'll be the laughing symbol for decades if they don't bury the nomination

6. Ty, Bob & All
I think I read that the vote is supposed to occur on Friday.
That nominee belongs in a padded cell, not on any judicial bench. Anywhere. Ever. ![]() |

7. I want to believe it, but we'll see.
My vote is still out on Sterling, but Linda G can be spot on.
