NOW we (and Joe) are in Scorpio.

There have been five Scorpios elected president – although none since 1920. Two Scorpios died in office and none were elected to more than one term: John Adams (October 30), James Polk (November 2), James Garfield (November 19), Teddy Roosevelt (October 27), and Warren Harding (November 2). Needless to say all the signs have lower level attributes. You can usually tell whether they’re manifesting the higher or the lower attributes. It’s a sign of how evolved they are spiritually.
