The timing is based on my interpretation of a progressed lunar return (my development) for tRump.

As I posted some time ago aspects like these have accelerated since late September and though I keep doing the charts I am not posting them as it would be the same old same old over and over again almost daily until tRump is gone.

Trump ordered the cuts in deliveries. That’s why there is no explanation. Trump wants to use the vaccine for leverage. He wants to cut a deal for something. So he’ll only release the remaining doses for favored treatment, OR... he just wants to punish the nation for rejecting him.

There was a 100% chance that something would go wrong. While I didn't expect the problems to start showing up on day 3 I would have expected problems to start showing up by day 7.

I also thought Trump's timeline was unrealistic, setting Biden up for apparent failure, but I also expressed late summer rather than late spring for this to get in full gear. And part of that timing related to the glitches that were certain to crop up.

I believe it's failure was shown all morning and throughout the day and evening by tRump's progressed anlunar sweeping his progressed planets and their midpoint combinations all day on the 18th.

By 2:30 pm yesterday mainstream media was carrying the story of the surreptitious announcements that had been made to governors and others instead of a public announcement by the White House to the nation. The focus prevented any secret movement or sale of warehoused vaccine that tRump may have planned. He had been caught out and thwarted in any plans he may have had. His team's response was pathetically weak.
