Will those who believe it is possible to know how transiting or progressed Saturn in ANY aspect to ANY planet (natal or progressed) is interpreted EXACTLY every time it occurs please inform the rest of us. Please provide your source/sources as I haven't found that information in 50 years of studying astrology.
