Police detonate explosive device near Israeli Embassy in Uruguay

The offices of Israel’s embassy in Uruguay were evacuated today (Jan. 8) after what was believed to be an explosive device was found near the building.

The device, found by police dogs in a shopping bag, was detonated safely by police sappers after the Montevideo building, called the World Trade Center, was evacuated, The Associated Press reported. Wires and cables were protruding from the device, according to a local media report.

1. Though it is still undetermined who was the target, I wonder.

I have to wonder if we won't be seeing more of this, as well as accusations the Israelis/Jews are actually behind the acts. Hell, members of the BDS movement are alleging Israel/Mossad are behind the murders in Paris. Maybe this is "blowback".
