Probably not any of the Apollo Saturn IVB stages, afaiui they all crashed into the moon. Could be wrong on that, but at the very least I would think those bad boys were big and notable enough that we would still know where they are.

Interestingly enough, speaking of Skylab, that's essentially what Skylab was- a Saturn IVB (the third stage of the saturn v) stage turned into a space station.

Before that they were aimed at the trailing edge of the moon to slingshot it into solar orbit. This object could be from Apollo 8, 10, 11, or 12.

...doesn't sound like it's big enough to be the whole 3rd stage but it could be other parts, huh. One of those side panels from the LM adapter maybe?
