What humans will look like on Mars
Colonizing Mars might be the best chance to ensure the human species survival in the future. In order to adapt to Mar's hostile living conditions, our bodies will evolve in ways that might end up with a completely new species of human. Following is a script of the video.
When it comes to colonizing new worlds, Mars could be humanity's best option. But the journey won't be like it was in the past for pioneers like Ferdinand Magellan, Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin, and Neil Armstrong. This new frontier will be the most extreme challenge yet. It's not just learning how to survive on an alien planet with less oxygen, a weaker gravitational pull, and more harmful radiation. It's enduring the changes that these extreme conditions will have on the human body manipulating it in ways that we can only begin to imagine. http://www.businessinsider.com/what-humans-look-like-on-mars-2018-5

5. Colonize Mars? Why?
![]() What's so special about humans? If we humans don't screw up to extinction then our intellectual offspring may inherit the solar system and beyond. They may remember us, respect their ancestors, but they won't be "human." I suspect it's possible to house the equivalent of a human consciousness into something smaller than a dime. Those are the people who will know this solar system. |

6. Virtually no one on earth will be taken to Mars
Say, if a comet is heading for us.
The ONLY point in colonizing another planet is to rest happy in the knowledge that something like us will be walking around after we're long gone. Does that really matter at all? |

7. Unfortunately, that is the ONLY thing that matters to some people.
We're all just here to procreate, and we're useless if we don't.
