Exeter University drone to scan for ancient Amazonia

A group of archaeologists will use a drone to map out what are thought to be ancient ritual sites deep in the Amazon Rainforest.

The drone, with a special laser attached, has undergone nine months of tests before being deemed ready.

The flights, led by researchers at Exeter University, will begin next month.
