(725 posts)This is the official music video for "A Song About Pi," written by Irving Kaplansky and Enid Rieser and performed by Lucy Kaplansky.
Or this one:
Song from ?! (with Sheet Music/HQ Download)
Composer's note here:
Pi Song I wrote to help me memorize pi - I figured it would be easier to remember a melody than a string of numbers.
This second video using Pi is pretty recent, and from a very talented musician/composer.

(11,617 posts)In other countries 22 July (22/7) is pi day. But this one is the "pi day of the century" because in the morning and afternoon for one second we will have 3.14.15 9:26:53
Of course since everything involved with date and time is arbitrary, this will be just as momentous and significant as Y2K was.

(17,505 posts)I'm making a pie anyway.
I may have for Y2K as well.... I don't remember.
So should I make a buttermilk pie or a pecan pie?
I suppose I could make both.
