This forum was the main thing I enjoyed and the main reason I've stayed in DU, but it's just become too mean-spirited for me. I did want, as my last post, to say thank you to those who've helped me with ideas for my book and my Meet UP group and for the thoughts, and especially the laughs. you shared. Stay strong. I've been in and out a lot lately. Mostly out. I scan the LBN more often than others lately, just to catch some news. The Editorials group is also a good place to discover editorials I've missed, and the Video & Multimedia is frequently good.

As for the GD, yeah, we have some dysfunction in there. Don't go there a lot. I just have to tune out the noise now and then and go sit in our garden at the picnic table and just be. Watch and listen to the birds. And the wind. And breathe.

All is not lost.
