Longevity Science

I have been researching longevity (probably because I realized that I am an aging athlete) and I came across this site. I’m pretty skeptical about a lot of the longevity stuff that I read because it looks like “snake oil”. It looks like this site is trying to be objective. What do you all think?

Some good advice, like drinking water, not soda.
Soda is good as a occasional treat.
Not constantly.

...anything your body needs in small quantities, as opposed to caloric nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
