The next two mornings the 3rd Quarter Moon will be sliding past the bright king

of the planets, Jupiter. This time of year is easy to get up before sunrise, it is not until a little before 7:00 am. So if you are up, take a peek outside. Wednesday morning the pair will be a pretty sight with the 3rd Quarter Moon right next to Jupiter! And if you are checking that out, try to find super bright Venus just above the light from the rising Sun in the east.
