That's definitely one definition of a blue moon --two full moons in one month

A "blue moon" occurs about every 2.6 years. For a blue moon to fall on a Saturday, the frequency is about every 18.2 years (i. e., 2.6 x 7). For that Saturday blue moon to fall in October, the frequency is about every 218 years (i. e., 17.5 x 12).

Sigh.
