It's an Amazon show about an alternative ending to World War II.

Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany rule over the former United States with Japan owning the west and Germany the east with a no man's land in the middle.

This is a license plate from the Japanese Pacific State, California.

I watched a few episodes of that show. The premise was really amazing, but for whatever reason, it didn't manage to hook me as a viewer.
