It was never meant to be purely authentic, as the founder has expressed. Original foods have varying degrees from good to bad anyway like anything else.

I love ice cold green tea as well, and their tea bar locations (very few) have some of the best jasmine green tea i've ever had, recipe from their Taiwanese Tea Master, so they say.
