Kakigoori is an wonderful treat on a Hot Day!
Kakigori is the most popular summer sweets in Japan. It is an ice shavings with sweeteners. Popular sweeteners are, strawberry, lemon, blue hawaii, melon, milk, sugar, sweet beans, and green tea.
Rino chan makes Kakigoori!! Kawaiii ne!! She is so cute!! ^^
Kakigoori is very much like a 7-11 Slushy. If you have your own ice shaver, and have access to sweeteners, you can make them at home!

(20,776 posts)I was amazed to see how many kinds of syrups there are for Kakigoori.. I don't think we could find that many kinds of syrups here in the States. Someone must be making a fortune on syrups. Be a great for an idea here... but you know, I think people in the states would rather just eat sherbert or ice cream, than make their own Ice treats.
