Do most Staples employees pay income tax?

I bet not. Staples is built on the Bain business model where the vast majority of the employees working for minimum wage or slightly higher, at fewer than 40 hours/week with few benefits. That means that Romney's big claim to fame for his fine work as a job creator has generate a lot of the 47%.

If his track record is of keeping more people at the minimum wage and thus unable to pay federal income tax, then it is a terrible track record. If his "solution" is not higher wages, but more taxation on the poor, that is pretty terrible, too.

Any way you look at it, HE LOSES.
