Alabama New South Alliance endorses Hillary Clinton for President

The Alabama New South Alliance (ANSA), the political sister organization of the Alabama New South Coalition held its Endorsement Convention this past Saturday at the Maggie Street Dream Center in Montgomery.

The assembled ANSA delegates heard from Presidential and statewide candidates in a screening process, which allowed for statements and questions.

For the Democratic Primary for President, the ANSA delegates heard from Kelvin Datcher speaking for Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Tuskegee Mayor Johnny Ford speaking for former Secretary of State and New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. ANSA endorsed Hillary Clinton for President in the Democratic Primary on March 1, 2016.

Legitimate group, open meeting. Good for them.

When Sanders wins I hope they'll join up.
