Social Media, press releases, mention at every rally. Endorsement of Economists lends an incredible legitimacy to a campaign that has been called "a joke" "a farce", etc.

These are very smart people who's job is to understand the economy. Clinton's (and the R's) charges that Bernie's proposals are not realistic should have this thrown in their faces!

8. At this point, it seems to be "what's is in it for me election"

Of course you can understand that with just about EVERY organization trying to lead people down another path. You might understand people being skeptical of any endorsement if on some of those they have found people being dishonest with the real reason for the endorsement or lead.

On the other side you might notice that the higher you go in any organization the more you find people at top afraid to make the change. The fear of losing ones status that they have a spent a whole lifetime cultivating is a big one.
