Clinton surrogate VT Gov. Shumlin: “Hillary is a pragmatic progressive — she’s not an advocate"

“Hillary is a pragmatic progressive — she’s not an advocate,” said Gov. Peter Shumlin of Vermont, who last week campaigned in Iowa for Mrs. Clinton over his home-state senator Mr. Sanders.

The definition of an advocate is someone who fights for something or someone, especially someone who fights for the rights of others.

During his three terms as governor of New York, Cuomo practiced what he called "progressive pragmatism."

But, again, the same term is used by degrees. I can see how someone who is conservative can push it as far right as they want to, though at some point, they stop being a Liberal.

This fiction that she can get things done is a phony line being fed to the gullible masses.

She can't even get a majority of independents to vote for her in the GE because the majority of them
don't like her and think she's untrustworhy aka. a liar. She'd be poison to downtickets because of this.
