Great night in South Carolina for Bernie Sanders could be a turning point in the 2016 race

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/01/great-night-in-south-carolina-for-bernie-sanders-could-be-a-turning-point-in-the-2016-race/

The gloves are off in the Democratic race, and it’s now abundantly clear that Bernie Sanders can throw a punch.

he gloves are off in the Democratic race, and it’s now abundantly clear that Bernie Sanders can throw a punch.

On Sunday night the Democratic presidential candidates met for their final debate before the Iowa caucuses. Hillary Clinton entered the debate with a 25-point lead in the national polls, a big fundraising advantage and a virtual monopoly on major endorsements.

But Clinton knows from personal experience that no lead is safe until the voting starts. In the 2008 presidential race she squandered an even bigger lead over Barack Obama.

Could history repeat itself in 2016? That question haunts the Clinton campaign team, particularly now that Sanders leads Clinton in New Hampshire and trails her by just two points in the latest Iowa poll.

Sunday night’s debate will only add to Clinton’s worries. Sanders skillfully fended off Clinton’s attacks and emerged from the debate stronger than ever.

Clinton attacks backfired

know them for being rather Conservative. Most papers in the midwest are conservative. the Two I've worked for were both conservative.

pay offs to the biggest donors. complete with Gala balls corporate spreads. Bernie's will be a people's party. We should all plan on bring our pitchforks and visiting the congress critters while we are there.

18. Des Moines Register, 2012: Endorsed Romney

From Wikipedia:

In December 2007, two weeks before the 2008 Iowa caucuses, the Register endorsed Hillary Rodham Clinton (in the Democratic caucuses) and John McCain (in the Republican caucuses).[12] In October 2008, the Register endorsed Barack Obama for president in the general election.[13]

In 2011, 24 days before the 2012 Iowa caucuses, the newspaper endorsed former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in the 2012 Republican Iowa Caucuses. The Register endorsed Romney over Obama 10 days before the general election on October 27, 2012—the first time it had supported a Republican for president since 1972.[14]

On July 24, 2015, the newspaper announced that it had been denied press credentials to cover a Donald Trump presidential campaign family picnic in Oskaloosa, Iowa, due to an editorial the previous week which called on Trump to drop out of the race.[15][1

The register has a history of supporting or fronting for the most conservative Democratic candidate running.

He voted to allow guns on Amtrack! Crazy nutters, walking through the cabins with loaded guns!

Not!!!

Firearms became reallowed in CHECKED luggage, unloaded and with advance paperwork...no passengers have access to that area.

And it's just like airlines!

But Hill keeps spewing the bullshit, trying to "suggest" something else. More of her deceptive BOO campaign tactics. What will be her next 3AM Phonecall style ad?

Disgraceful.
