The dangers of a poll driven President.

The problem with a President that looks at the latest Polls in making decisions is that the corporate owned media, for example, can beat the drums of war and get a majority of Americans to say they support sending our troops to war.

Is Clinton a poll driven decision maker? Yes. The list of examples is endless.

Can the corporate media drive public opinion? Yes. Ever notice how they will push a meme, and push a meme, and push a meme and they take a poll and say eureka, "The Majority of Americans agree with our meme!"

The suicide rate for returning soldiers is the highest in history. Does the corporate media discuss this? Of course not, because it doesn't serve the money making war machine and other corporate interests.

And when President Obama showed emotion and concern for the soldiers he sent to war he was relentlessly unfairly criticized for his comments he made that day.
