Not everyone does, however, that's why I wanted to carve out a little safe place on DU where people could share their feelings about this.

I'm a Hillary supporter because I think she's probably going to win. It's that simple. But I've got nothing but respect and love for Bernie Sanders and what he's been able to accomplish. I don't see why we have to be at each other's throats. I personally like both of them and would be happy to have either one as president for different reasons. Hillary because she's got the experience and the connections. Bernie because he's the type of guy that for once, would kick some ass for the little folks.

If Bernie does well, then when the primary train rolls around to California, then maybe I'll vote for him. If not, Hillary. And I'll be happy with either of them.

But this is a quote from and anti-Bernie poster earlier this evening and I think it speaks for way too many here;

""The people with all the power, with the influence and money who support the democratic party right now will leave before they would support a candidate like Sanders""

... this is an end around run on a nasty little thread that was started and locked earlier. Didn't have the juice to go up the middle and was stopped dead in it's tracks. Loss of down, no gain, and a 15 yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. I really don't think you'll gain much yardage on this one either. Hillary supporters are pretty damn good at reading offenses.

I know, you're probably young and full of vigor, but a lot of us are done with SBS. He was OK a year ago, but now we've had it with "the Bern". I think his supporters ruined it for him.
