How much better known than Bernie is Hillary? A lot.

<snip>

A new poll conducted by Morning Consult and Vox surveyed registered voters to see how many could correctly identify photos of the 2016 presidential candidates compared to a few very prominent celebrities.

Ninety-seven percent of the 2,028 people polled last week correctly identified Hillary Clinton; 96 percent correctly identified Donald Trump.

<snip>

Fifty-six percent, which is even less than the percentage that recognized Jeb Bush (77 percent), Bernie Sanders (69 percent), and Ted Cruz (61 percent).

that Bernie has made it up to nearly 70%. Can't wait to see how well we do when it breaks over 90%.

this looks like a huge hit on him. Considering his political career, it makes perfect sense. I'm pretty sure Sanders has ran for office so many times that he has racked up more campaign losses than Clinton and O'Malley have been in.

6. Lol. How on earth is this a huge hit on him?

And sorry, both O'Malley and dear leader Hillary are career pols as well. Funny thing about Hillary; the more she campaigns, the higher her already high unfavorables rise.

7. "Dear Leader Hillary"
Wed Jan 27, 2016, 11:19 AM
Jan 2016

Seriously. Hasn't Sanders by far had the largest percentage increase in unfavorable numbers?

"Dear Leader Hillary" lol deep.

And you are simply wrong in your thoughts. Sanders is the only career politician running and from your own op under 70% of the population doesn't recognize him. As I said, he has been a politician for so long that he has lost more races than Clinton has been in. A little confusing considering his lack of name recognition and accomplishments, but it is a fact.

So over thirty percent of people don't even recognize him and he has a thirty five percent unfavorable rating. You bring some great points here. I thought you supported Sanders? You are making a great case against him.

8. You really do know how to stretch
Wed Jan 27, 2016, 11:34 AM

Bernie may be a career politician but not a national one. The fact that 70% now know his name is an unbelievable feat in itself. Most people can't even name their own representatives either in Congress or the Senate, and they should know Bernie's name? Come, come, now, even you know that this is a whopper of a stretch.

Hillary has been on the national political landscape since 1992, while Bernie has represented the small state of Vermont. Yes, I can see they are exactly the same.

And, until recently Bernie hasn't been getting much MSM press, that's been proved a fact. Maybe he should do something foolish like have a private email server to conduct foreign affair situations, and then he could become better known.

Oh, well, he would rather be principled than well known, a total opposite of Hillary.

9. No stretch at all.

I agree Clinton is more well know than Sanders. That is obvious.

They aren't even close to the same. I agree once again. Sanders is the only career politician running on our side. You agree with that.

As for the media, they have been working to make it a race on our side. They haven't been vetting Sanders, while going after Clinton. A point you completely agree on in your post.

No stretch at all.

A small state representative compared to a woman who lived in the White House for 8 years? Yeah, this is really the same. You better go back and watch Sesame Street, even a preschooler can tell the difference.

I'm not sure how you got to the position I see them as the same.

I would also like to add that your name calling isn't that impressive. I do understand some simply need to do it. Considering your last reply, and how you completely misread something very simple, you might want to back off the failed attempt at insults a bit.

From the Boston Herald 1-25-2016

"Hillary Clinton’s high favorability rating dropped in the most recent poll, falling from 83 percent in December to 74 percent today.
Bernie Sanders’ favorability rating, on the other hand, continues to climb. It was at 56 percent in March, 76 percent in August, 83 percent in October, 85 percent in December and 90 percent today. Only nine percent of likely Democratic primary voters have an
unfavorable view toward Sanders."

Hillary is also a career politician unless you don't count her time as First Lady either in Arkansas or the White House, and so then her 'experience' should not count either. Hillary has been given her political posts, while Bernie had to earn his. It also makes sense that he would have lost more times than she has run. But withheld information is as disingenuous as a lie.

You have argued that Bernie is well known, then not well known but with 35% unfavorable. He is a career politician, so everyone should know him. All of which comes up to not much of anything. This is apparently the latest meme to his the intertubes.

But really that's all she has. Fortunately Clinton won't be sending those don't vote for her to work prisons. Of course that minor difference is why the comparison is so offensively uneducated.
