Nothing illustrates more clearly that Hillary thought she'd stroll to the nomination

than her desperate bid to break the debate rules that were tailored just for her and by her, with the help of her pal, Debbie.

Back then, Hillary wanted as few debates as possible, advocating for 4, but settling on six, with only 4 scheduled prior to the beginning of caucusing/voting.

I hope Bernie doesn't give in to her.

defending Bernie against the Hillbots has been the thing that drew me out. I wouldn't be so sure this person has the same issue I have - the infighting here is nuts. I was pretty young during 2008 and had never worked on elections, and I managed to cross a DU admin prior to the instituting of juries, which would have just had my post hidden (didn't violate TOS, just said something with a shit-eating grin). Since then I rarely post, preferring just to consume content. Once the crazy bans started happening during the BLM uproar, I realized that I probably need to be a more frequent poster.

The content on this site has become increasingly bland as the primary progresses and key personalities are banned, but it also means that fewer legitimate arguments (i.e. there is a distinct lack of diversity in posts as compared to July/August) are being made. If the banhammer doesn't stop, you can really only expect this to continue happening because these are folks backup accounts or they finally feel like the board is not crowded with people who know each other and are somewhat insular. So, why not join in since there is space for us now that the jury system has basically removed or driven away half of the major posters here? Hell, a good portion of the content that I consume on this board currently seems to be reposted from the alternative for the banned, which I don't feel like joining since I'm barely competent enough to keep up with content on a single site.

The difference in public support is amazing

Hillary could only dream of having huge crowds of adoring supporters appear spontaneously, of their own accord ... Without getting paid to show up ...

Methinks you don't sense the huge change that's coming ... It won't be business as usual this time around ....

Bernie is going to stomp the field ...

Nothing like waking up and smelling that fresh, rich, dark and flavorful coffee ...

George Bush. When he asked her to betray her own party and join the Republicons in killing Iraqi's, she was more than happy to say yes. Between 500,000 and a million Iraqi's died because of that "mistake". And she has never shown any remorse or empathy for those that died. She is on a different level than Sen Sanders that saw thru the Republicon lies.

He obeyed their rules before when he wanted more debates, and mind you, they just came up with those rules because he and O'Malley were threatening to do an unsanctioned debate. Meanwhile Hillary smiled and said, "I'll do whatever the DNC is comfortable with."

Now that Hillary's chances are looking grave, Hillary wants to break the rules while Bernie continues to follow them. He didn't go against the DNC then, he's got no reason to try doing that now.
