It costs them nothing in the general. But it's the only way to have an impact if there are DINO or other dems whose positions you do not share.

If I vote for Sanders in a primary, I will vote for a congressional Dem--incumbent or not--who says he generally supports Sanders' positions.

been working hard to get progressive candidates as well. Hope all progressives sign up with them.
