Here is a first, my fundamentalist Christian niece just said she supports Sanders on Facebook


Her exact words were that "Even thought he isn't a Christian he is the most Christ like of all the candidates." She really liked him going to Liberty University and reaching out.

The reason both Trump and Sanders are doing so well is because there are people on both sides that are tired of corrupt government and believe it or not no matter what kind of rhetoric you hear even Republicans want their Social Security. I'm glad to hear your niece use the phrase Christ like. It would certainly be refreshing if we were to see a shift in Christianity and see more of a focus on being Christ like. Sanders has great cross over appeal.
