More people will vote Democratic the higher gas prices go.

The Koch brothers are manipulating gas prices for the election thinking it will help Romney. Wrong, we are on to your evil ways. I will be cutting back. Gas prices should be coming down after the summer driving season We all know that this is election time republican taliban tactics at work here. Cut back. Drive the price down.

We were pushing 4.00 and now we're back down to 3.70 something. But maybe that's just here.

Many voters blame the current president, and the party of that president, for any number of things wrong with the country and wrong with their lives, whether it makes sense or not.

No way high gas prices are a plus for Obama.

You have not realized that the pukes blame us for what they do?. Whatever they say I think the opposite. Who backs the oil industry?. Think hard now.

8. That doesn't matter. You're projecting from your own beliefs in the causes of high gas prices...

...to the way other people will react to high gas prices. That's hardly a safe bet. Even if a bare majority of likely voters blamed the Koch brothers et al for higher gas prices, some of those would still blame Obama for not somehow magically defeating said Koch brothers.

This hasn't the slightest thing to do with what I'm "supposed to think". It's human nature, especially low-information voter nature.

I cut out all unnecessary driving, I don't think there is too much more I can do at this point to conserve.
